Was referred to Ergo by my doctor due to shoulder and neck pain, and as with all of her other recommendations, this was another excellent one. I worked with Jeremy for about 3-ish months and the entire time, he was attentive to my needs, knowledgeable on the best ways to tackle my muscle pain, and was able to build up my strength and endurance to the point where I'm now pain free and cognizant of the habits I now avoid to keep me pain free. The staff here is very warm and accommodating, and I'd highly recommend Jeremy and the Ergo team for physical therapy needs.

I recently completed physical therapy at this clinic after dealing with persistent shoulder pain. From the very first appointment, the staff made me feel welcome and heard. Ron took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, performed a thorough evaluation, and created a personalized treatment plan that actually made sense for my lifestyle and workout goals. I appreciated the mix of hands-on techniques and home exercise guidance — it all came together to help significantly reduce any pain. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need PT again (hopefully not)!

Ergo is a great place to do any sort of physical therapy. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. I worked with Ron after my ankle surgery and guided me to a full recovery. He is super knowledgable and answered all of the questions that i had.

What can I say about the professionalism,friendliness and care but how great Ergo is The reception desk staff are friendly and professional. They treat you like you are best friends. The therapy staff again are professional,knowledgeable and really know their stuff. I had a herniated disk and fractured shoulder so I was under their care for a while. My therapists Anna,Brian and Chris were like family to me. I will continue to refer people to Ergo. I highly recommend Ergo.Bless them all

All physical therapist are wonderful especially Jeremy. He has done a great job of eliminating my pain and helping me to walk better. Also Harold is a great assistant to the therapists. Good job to all of them.

I just completed my therapy at Ergo after going for 6 months for bad knee pain. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in his care. The entire team is friendly and supportive, and I'm grateful for all they did to help eliminate my knee issue. Thank you for everything!

My experience at Ergo Physical Therapy has been very positive so far. It is a well-run operation staffed by a team of professionals housed in a bright and clean facility in the heart of Forest Hills. Owner Ron Kassab is not only a distinguished looking sharply dressed expert, most importantly, he keeps a sharp eye on everything and attentive to all the patients around him. My therapist Anna Lombardi is simply the best. She asked detailed questions at evaluation, is very knowledgeable what has to be done and formulated a plan to get there. When she works on you, she is focused on your well-being and progress, no matter how many other patients may be waiting next. PT assistants Chris and Brian provide patients with equipment and guidance to do the required exercises properly and move everyone along on pace so appointment times are kept timely. The Front Desk staff is warm, welcoming, accommodating and organized, especially Diki.

Ergo is excellent! I am recovering from a broken bone. I went to Ron at Ergo for PT. His knowledge and ability to explain the mechanics of my injury in a clear way was very helpful. His demeanor is friendly, encouraging and to the point, which I appreciate. He clearly cares about his patients and has their health in mind, not a bottom line. I have been to other PT centers over the years and have wondered about that from the care, they can feel like a mill to churn patients through. Not here. After assessing my injury and coming up with a regimen for me, Ron had me work with Brian, one of his therapists. Brian has also been excellent. Same type of demeanor as Ron, he clearly explains the point of each exercise.

Great experience at Ergo for my shoulder surgery rehabilitation. Ron is passionate and knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their recovery. Shoutout to Brian and the front desk staff. They make everything go so smoothly. You're in good hands at Ergo!

After having extensive left shoulder arthroscopic surgery, I needed multiple physical therapy sessions. I chose Ergo Physical Therapy and so glad I did. After three months and 24 PT sessions later, I have full range and zero pain in my shoulder. I owe this to ALL of the staff at Ergo! Beginning with Diki and Diana at the front desk who greeted me every session with a smile and heart warming "good morning"! and took care of all of my session scheduling. For all of my physical therapy sessions, I was in very good hands with Physical Therapists Jeremy, Brian, Attica, Harold, Justin and Paolo who combined to give me the best of care from beginning to end! They all are exceptional in the care of their clients and go above and beyond to ensure that while you are there at Ergo, their goal for you is to achieve optimal results from your physical therapy; which I did and could not be more pleased with my outcome! In addition, I had the pleasure to recieve outstanding Massage Therapy sessions from the Ergo Licensed Massage Therapist, Adriana Ostling. Adriana is incredible for how well she listens to you and also comprehends and endeavors to resolve issues of your body while in her hands! Overall, I have nothing else to offer but high praise and kudos for the entire Ergo staff! I highly recommend Ergo Physical Therapy for their excellent client services!
